Our program is based on CrossFit methodology. This regimen consists of Constantly Varied, Functional Movements performed at High intensity in a communal environment, which leads to health and fitness.
In our Gym we have pull up bars, ropes, tires, rings, free weights, kettle bells, rowing machines, jump ropes and most importantly we have a community. We believe that you train as an individual, but we work out as a team. All we ask for is that you just show up with a good attitude, and the desire to sweat and work hard – we’ll provide the rest!
We have Certified CrossFit Instructors who are there to teach you the movements and to help you achieve your goals.
World-Class Fitness in 100 Words:
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
