Foundations Program (Intro to CrossFit):
If you do not have previous experience with CrossFit this is a great place to start.
New athletes complete 5 one on one 1hour Foundations sessions. These one on one sessions will introduce new athletes to CrossFit’s basic movements including squats, push-ups, deadlifts, presses, etc. The emphasis is on technique and introducing the intense nature of the CrossFit methodology. These one on one sessions will allow you to integrate smoothly and safely into our regular CrossFit classes at a time convenient to you. We also include two weeks membership, a full 6 week meal plan, before/after measurements, weight & photos.
All this for $375 + gst.
