CrossFit Kids Registration - Virtual Class

What is it?: Our Kid’s Fitness workouts will be loads of fun for your kids to do in the comfort of their living room. Coach Kaine, local gym owner and fitness fanatic, will teach your kids a handful of exercises each session plus other fun facts and skills too!

 

When is it?

Starts Monday (Dec. 14th)  @ 5:45pm OR

Starts Wednesday (Dec. 16th) @ 5:45pm

 

How old do they have to be? All ages are welcome to join in!  Parents, you can jump in too and workout with your child, we encourage it!!

 

How long will it last? It will be 30 minutes.

 

How do I sign up? You will sign up with the link below, then an email will be sent with the link to join the LIVE Zoom conference “call” to see friends/family/classmates workout with you too!

 

How much is it? $50 + gst/household for 4 weeks!

What do we need for equipment? If you have some soup cans, pop bottles, laundry detergent (with handle) or 4L milk jugs laying around, those will work great as weights. Fill them to add a little weight but not to much!

COVID Protocol - In class only
*We will be spacing the children out 6ft and we will do our very best to keep them social distanced.
*We ask that the parents as well as the children use our hand sanitizer as soon as you come in and as soon as class is over.
*Parents are welcome to stay and watch but we highly recommend to wear a mask as you will not be able to stand 6ft apart.
*Children will not be sharing equipment. All equipment will be sanitized prior to use and after.
*Coach will be wearing a mask for the entire class.
*We love giving out high fives but during this time we will not be doing high fives.
*Please bring a bottle of water and indoor shoes for your child.
*If you or your child have any COVID symptoms please stay home.

CrossFit Kids is a fitness program designed specifically for children, using functional, full-body movements to improve strength, coordination, balance, agility, flexibility and endurance. The classes pair fitness with FUN!! and include a combination of skill practice, workouts and games.

Our goal is to create positive experiences so that health and fitness become an important and enjoyable part of our children’s lives. We will teach and encourage your children to adopt healthy habits and a strong work ethic.

Let’s have fun while improving fitness, coordination and self confidence. Using movements that children naturally enjoy like running, jumping and skipping, Crossfit Kids is for anyone who is willing to come out and work hard and have fun.

What kind of workouts?
Constantly varied, functional movements scalable for any child at any level. No two workouts are the same so kids and teens never get bored and the novelty of each workout keeps them excited. These are functional movements that cover pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of thoroughly trained CrossFit Kids Trainer.

*Our Coach is Certified in CrossFit Kids & Police Checked.

*Gas City CrossFit is insured to Coach Kids.

6:00am-8:00am
9:00am-10:00am

12:00pm-1:00pm (Mon,Tues, Wed & Thurs)

4:30pm-6:30pm

6:30pm-7:30pm (Mon-Thurs)

(Gym closes at 6:30pm on Fridays)
