CrossFit Kids/Teens - 4 Week Registration 

When is it?

Monday (Nov. 22, 29, Dec. 6, 13) 

Ages 5 to 8 (Kids) @ 5:45pm

Tuesday (Nov. 23, 30, Dec. 7, 14) 

Ages 9 to 12 (Kids) @ 5:45pm 

Ages 13 to 17 (Teens) @ 6:30pm


How long will class be? 40 minutes in length.


How much is it? $80 + gst/child

What do we need to know when attending class?  Please bring indoor shoes and a water bottle for your child. We will do the rest! :)

Youth Activities and Youth Participation

For the purposes of this program, a youth is someone who is under the age of 18 years of age.  Youth participating in youth activities in a facility that is participating in REP are not required to be screened as part of the REP.


Parents who are required to support youth in their activities (e.g. parent and tot groups) would be required to follow REP requirements in order to attend.


Youth are subject to physical distancing at all other times when not engaged in the physical activity (e.g. locker rooms, common areas etc.) If youth wish to access other amenities beyond youth-specific sports, recreation or performance activities in a facility participating in REP, for these purposes they will be required to be screened per the REP, as applicable (12+ years of age).


Coaches, instructors, trainers, referees etc. for youth activities, who are 18 years or older, are subject to the public health measures or REP requirements in the facility.


School groups accessing facilities otherwise under REP (for the purposes of K-12 curriculum) are not required to be screened as part of REP

CrossFit Kids/Teens is a fitness program designed specifically for children, using functional, full-body movements to improve strength, coordination, balance, agility, flexibility and endurance. The classes pair fitness with FUN!! and include a combination of skill practice, workouts and games.

Our goal is to create positive experiences so that health and fitness become an important and enjoyable part of our children’s lives. We will teach and encourage your children to adopt healthy habits and a strong work ethic.

Let’s have fun while improving fitness, coordination and self confidence. Using movements that children naturally enjoy like running, jumping and skipping, Crossfit Kids is for anyone who is willing to come out and work hard and have fun.

What kind of workouts?
Constantly varied, functional movements scalable for any child at any level. No two workouts are the same so kids and teens never get bored and the novelty of each workout keeps them excited. These are functional movements that cover pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of thoroughly trained CrossFit Kids Trainer.
